Simplest way is to use Sign Up link/button near the top right corner of the forum.
Unfortunately some of the email providers may either block or classify as spam forum confirmation emails.
If you didn't receiver yours within 15 minutes, then it was blocked by your mail provider. This is a know and verified issue for all Microsoft hosted accounts such as Outlook.com and Hotmail.com. Google (gmail.com) and other providers seem to be working OK.
Under these unfortunate circumstances you may still join using 'manual' sign up. Simply send an email to: 
with you desired unique user name and password and we will setup and activate your account within one business day. After 1 day you can just go ahead and log right in. Although this method will work, for the purpose of signing up, you still will not be able to receive thread reply notifications or your direct/private message notifications. Best would be to just use email account that does not block our mail.
